Nope, no signature needed. Most Sascina orders are simply left at your door when they arrive in the U.S.
If you’ve selected a safe place for delivery, your parcel will be left there at your own discretion. Just a quick note—once it’s marked as delivered, we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost or missing packages.
At this time, Sascina is available for customers within the United States only, but we’re excited to grow and bring Sascina to more regions in the future. We offer easy returns & exchanges on orders in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. We’ll move fast to sort it out for you, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. What matters most to us is getting things back on track so she can feel good and confident again.
Once we receive your return and it passes a quick quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. After that, you’ll get a confirmation email, and it can take another 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the process.

We’ve made it easy. You can check our Size Guide page for simple tips on how to measure at home. Each Sascina product also has its own size chart on the product page, since sizing can vary slightly between styles. We recommend measuring first, then comparing with the chart to find the best fit. If she’s between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for extra comfort. And don’t worry—our first bras are designed with soft stretch to move with her and keep her feeling comfortable and confident.
Sascina bras are made without underwire for maximum comfort and ease of movement. Most styles come with soft, removable padding to give a natural shape and make washing simple, so she can feel comfortable and confident every day.
