Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
At this time, Sascina is available for customers within the United States only, but we’re excited to grow and bring Sascina to more regions in the future. We offer easy returns & exchanges on orders in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. When returning or exchanging an order:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. We’re continuously improving the Sascina experience and look forward to expanding to more countries and regions in the future.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
That’s really not the experience we want you to have with Sascina.
If your item shows up damaged or isn’t quite right, just send us an email at jessi@sascina.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll move fast to sort it out for you, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. What matters most to us is getting things back on track so she can feel good and confident again.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your return and it passes a quick quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. After that, you’ll get a confirmation email, and it can take another 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the process.
