Returns Made Simple

At this time, Sascina is available for customers within the United States only, but we’re excited to grow and bring Sascina to more regions in the future.

We offer easy returns & exchanges on orders in their original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

When returning or exchanging an order:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
